We are seeking a reliable, attentive Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate is observant, professional, and able to respond quickly and effectively in a variety of situations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and security cameras.
- Control access to the facility; verify identification and visitor credentials.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity promptly and appropriately.
- Document incidents, observations, and activities in daily logs or reports.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, or management when required.
- Conduct safety checks of doors, gates, and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a security guard.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security license or guard card (Required)
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and incident documentation.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
