We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing theft, and responding to emergencies. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Manage access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering the property
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports on security-related events
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage
Skills
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Crew Member
Job Summary:
As a Crew Member at The Argo, you’ll be part of the front-line team responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will assist with ticket scanning, seating guidance, and general crowd management before, during, and after events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, energetic live music environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude as they enter the venue.
- Scan tickets and verify entry credentials quickly and accurately.
- Direct guests to their seats, sections, or amenities as needed.
- Provide information about venue facilities, event details, and policies.
- Monitor guest areas to ensure safety, comfort, and compliance with venue rules.
- Assist with crowd flow before and after performances.
- Respond to guest inquiries or issues promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with event setup or breakdown as directed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or high-energy environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical activity.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
