- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to meet dress and grooming standards consistent with professional appearance
- Must pass criminal background check
- Maintain positive attitude and enjoy helping people
- Ability to understand and follow instructions to successful conclusions
- Ability to write incident reports in a clear and concise accurate manner
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual situations
