Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable PPSB certified night life Security Guards for club security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Perform through pat downs, deescalate situations in a professional manner.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical or safety issues
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during investigations or incidents when needed
Skills
- Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
- Knowledge of deescalation
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or conflicts
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
- Physical fitness to patrol large areas on foot or via vehicle as required
