Overview
NBR is looking for an Unarmed Security Guard. You would be expected to monitor camera's, review nightly footage, making rounds in and out of the building, help arrange K9 needs and other various tasks to ensure a safe environment for our patients.
Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to detect suspicious activity, ensure safety protocols are followed, and identify maintenance issues.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Assist with conflict management by calmly de-escalating disputes or disturbances on site while upholding professional conduct.
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse individuals in high-stress situations.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
