About the Position:
We are hiring a dependable and professional Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. This is a serious role for someone who understands responsibility, awareness, and consistency.
Schedule:
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
- Consistent weekly shifts (set schedule)
- Must be able to arrive 15 minutes early every shift
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned property
- Control access and check IDs when required
- Handle disturbances calmly and professionally
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Maintain strong visible presence to deter issues
Requirements:
- Valid ID (REQUIRED)
- Security experience preferred (not required if reliable and coachable)
- Must be on time, every time
- Strong communication skills
- Able to stay alert and off your phone during shifts
- Must handle conflict professionally
