Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Mida Industries, Inc. This position is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong conflict management skills and experience in surveillance to effectively protect our assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) is essential.
- Previous law enforcement experience is highly desirable.
