WGS Group is currently seeking a qualified Armed Security Officer to work graveyard shifts at a licensed cannabis facility in Hollister, CA.
Shift Schedule:
- Friday & Saturday
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM [8H + 1H OT]
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid California Guard Card
- Exposed Firearm Permit
- Must possess a proper duty weapon and holster
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Optional): Certifications for less-lethal tools such as:
- OC (pepper spray)
- Baton
- Taser
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure and safe environment for staff and property
- Monitor premises and respond to incidents as needed
- Enforce site rules and report suspicious activity
- Remain alert and and vigilant at all times.
Professionalism, reliability, and strong situational awareness are essential for this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
