Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the security team to ensure effective coverage across all premises
- Oversee surveillance operations using CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential threats
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, conducting investigations and managing conflict resolution with professionalism
- Enforce access control procedures by authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activity
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft, vandalism, and other risks
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review
Requirements
- Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, military service or related fields
- Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies effectively
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response planning
- Ability to lead a team with clear communication and motivational skills
- Additional qualifications such as law enforcement training or specialized security certifications are preferred
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
