Integrity First Protection LLC is actively hiring professional, reliable, and licensed Security Guards for upcoming assignments, including events, venues, and special operations. We are looking for individuals who carry themselves with discipline, strong presence, and a high level of professionalism.
Position Requirements
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- FDNY Certifications are highly preferred:
- F-03 – Indoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel
- F-04 – Temporary Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel
- F-07 – Fire and Emergency Drill Conductor
- Must wear black cargo pants (long or short) and black work shoes/boots
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor activity and report any suspicious behavior
- Enforce rules and policies respectfully
- Provide a strong visible security presence
- Work closely with team members, event staff, and supervisors
- Assist with crowd management and emergency procedures when required
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates possessing F-03, F-04, and F-07 certifications will receive priority consideration for event, concert, and place-of-assembly assignments.
