Responsibilities

Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises and identify potential security threats
Perform routine patrols of the property to ensure safety, check for unauthorized access, and identify hazards or suspicious activity
Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors, contractors, and employees
Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, providing clear communication with emergency responders when necessary
Enforce property policies related to loss prevention, conflict management, and safety procedures
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
Assist in emergency situations by administering first aid or CPR if needed and following established protocols

Qualifications

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Familiarity with security procedures, including access control and incident reporting
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for detecting irregularities or safety concerns
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness
