Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in East Naples, Florida. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a TriCorps officer, you will play an essential role in protecting people, property, and assets while providing courteous assistance and exceptional customer service. Officers in this position ensure a safe and welcoming environment through vigilance, communication, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully.
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately.
Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Schedule & Work Environment

Positions available in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas.
Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid State Driver's License

Class D License Unarmed
