Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to safeguard our industrial property against fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic patrols of buildings and industrial sites.
Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
Enforce company policies by warning violators of infractions such as safety violations or trespassing.
Observe and report suspicious activities or irregularities, including fire hazards and malfunctioning equipment.
Respond to emergencies, contacting law enforcement or fire departments as necessary.
Monitor departing personnel to prevent theft of company property.
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, property damage, and other irregularities.
Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic at site entrances to ensure an orderly flow.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or technical school equivalent required.
Prior security experience preferred but not required.
Must pass a background check.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to walk and remain alert for extended periods.
Must be able to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and remain aware of surroundings.
Must be physically capable of performing security-related tasks.
