Job Summary
We are seeking a LICENSED dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team here at THE VIBE LOUNGE. The ideal candidate will be at the door checking persons and personal , responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. People who are licensed encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems to identify potential security breaches.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary, utilizing CPR techniques as required.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security-related issues encountered during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations related to theft or other criminal activities.
Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations effectively.

Requirements

Security license required
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
