We are a Local Sports Bar & Entertainment Venue. We have a great crowd and want to ensure our customers have the best experience at all times. We are seeking a competent, dependable, and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, customers, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Proper ID checking , insuring people aren’t bringing in alcohol or taking it out.
Remain diligent, and prevent intoxicated and 86’d people from entering the bar
Conduct regular patrols of the inside of the bar, while maintaining a clear view of who is entering.
Respond promptly to incidents and remove problem individual’s immediately.
Enforce site policies and procedures respectfully and effectively
Assist employees and customers in a professional manner
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience as a security guard or similar role
Valid security license/certification (as required by local regulations)
Excellent observational and communication skills
Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
