Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or hazards.
Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees, controlling access points efficiently and professionally.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and addressing theft or vandalism attempts.
Enforce safety protocols through conflict management and conflict resolution techniques when necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience or training in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies.
Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV and other security technology tools.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
