Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Mida Industries, Inc. This position is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong conflict management skills and experience in surveillance to effectively protect our assets.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents or breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) is essential.
Previous law enforcement experience is highly desirable.
