Duties

Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees; manage access control procedures efficiently.
Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations; coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential theft or security breaches and taking appropriate action.
Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, security breaches, or unusual occurrences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and security technology is essential.
Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and security protocols.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively.
Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail; physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
