Job Description

X-Blue Security LLC is hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to protect client properties, residents, visitors, and employees throughout the Denver Metro Area and Aurora. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through patrols, monitoring suspicious activity, enforcing property rules, and responding to incidents professionally.

The ideal candidate is alert, reliable, customer-service oriented, and capable of remaining calm under pressure. Security officers are expected to represent X-Blue Security LLC with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills at all times.

Responsibilities

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols
Monitor properties for suspicious activity or safety hazards
Observe and report incidents accurately
Complete daily activity and incident reports
Enforce property policies and procedures
Assist residents, visitors, and staff when needed
Respond to disturbances and emergencies
Contact law enforcement or emergency services when required
Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Secure entrances, exits, gates, and common areas

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Colorado DL.
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand or walk for long periods
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Must pass background screening
Security experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

Military or law enforcement background
Prior security experience
CPR/First Aid Certification
