Unarmed Security Officer – Apartment Community

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Vigilant Private Security is hiring unarmed security officers for a residential apartment community in Fort Worth. We are looking for responsible, alert individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and respectful living environment for residents.

Position:

Overview: Unarmed security officer assignment
Foot and vehicle patrols throughout the apartment property
Monitor common areas, parking structures, and entry points
Address loitering, trespassing, noise complaints, and disturbances
Write clear daily activity and incident reports
Coordinate with property management and local authorities when needed

Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, availability, and shift coverage

Schedule Options: Part-time and full-time openings

Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Minimum Requirements:

Active Texas Level II Security License
Reliable transportation
Strong observation and communication skills
Professional appearance and punctuality
Prior apartment or residential security experience preferred, not required
