Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe behavior
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity
Maintain a visible, professional presence while deterring unauthorized access
Complete accurate and timely incident reports
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary

Qualifications:

20 Hour OPOTA certificate
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and act in high-pressure situations
Strong communication and observational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and resolve disputes effectively
Valid Drivers License
