Position Overview

Join our welcoming community as a Security Guard. You will be the reassuring, highly visible presence that keeps our residents, families, and guests safe and supported.

Responsibilities

Provides a highly visible status to residents, families, guests, and potential intruders to maintain order in the community.
Warmly greet residents, families, guests and team members; and answers phones as part of our friendly frontline team.
Conducts hourly checks/rounds and responds appropriately to situations as they may arise.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable and willing to help others.
Makes independent and good judgment decisions, and is able to react calmly and confidently under pressure and in unexpected situations.
