About

As a former United States Military Army personnel and many years spent as a security officer, I offer my strong discipline, attention to detail, reliability and the ability to take instructions well. There are also academic credentials: degrees from California State University (B.A.) and Iona College (A.A.S.) in the State of New York. Additionally, I pursued other scholarly objectivity with Palomar College and the City University of New York (CUNY).

I will not inundate this cover letter with a lot of verbiage. My qualifications include certificates from the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS), and CPR/First Aid/AED. The following are my areas of expertise. This description is not intended to be all inclusive:
• Detect and report suspicious activity or situations.
• Report on all matters which involve the security and safety of personnel or property.
• Maintenance of physical security, access control, protection of life and property, and crime prevention actions.
• Ability to investigate and secure evidence, providing irrefutable objectivity.
• Independently, or with other security personnel, perform assigned tasks on fixed post or on foot patrol or special physical patrol.
• Monitor CCTV, keeping constant surveillance of personnel and facility.
• Upon notification, respond to emergency recall of security personnel to assigned area within specified time parameter.
My relatively extensive experience gives me confidence in my career direction and in my abilities to perform competently.
