My name is Joseph Heinz and enthusiastic about applying for a Full Time Security Guard. My current position as a Volunteer proves that I can be ready for duty for any situation, at any time – work both day and night shifts. Currently work as a Longmont Witness Victim Advocate ensuring that when the police leave, the crime scene is controlled and safe for the victim(s) and their families.
Professional Summary:
• My career started out in manufacturing and has now shifted into Law Enforcement and Witness / Victim Advocate for the Longmont Colorado Police / Safety Department. I have training in hand guns, rifles and shotguns as well tasers. I understand tactical means of handling issues as well as a good understanding of strategic techniques and how to achieve goals for the victim /team.
• Deal with Domestic Violence, Theft, Trespassing (Being present post restraining order)
• Always be visible on the site
• Excellent communication skills with the victim and a resource for next steps
• Ensure any conflict issues are stabilized to a workable resolution before leaving
• Use the various root cause and problem-solving tools to ensure safety and a robust exit plan
• Ensure quality attention to detail so that if the victim goes to court what had happened was completely recorded.

The obsession and passion that has me come to work and makes me restless at night are the following.
• Making a positive impact for an organization, its customers using game changing, evidence-based, data driven decisions,
• Ensuring all areas of an organization are checked and monitored and safe,
