Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our job sites, equipment and property. The Security Guard will monitor premises through , enforce rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activities.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required for incidents or investigations.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for management review.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security preffered.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- A valid security guard license or certificate is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends is preferred.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
