Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team, with a vehicle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring and responding to potential security threats while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering First Aid or CPR as needed.
- Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus
- Experience in loss prevention or law enforcement is advantageous
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Military experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
