Schedule:
Currently, we’re hiring for a flexible schedule including some morning shifts and primarily night (graveyard) shifts. This position will transition to focus solely on the graveyard shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the property
- Enforce community house rules calmly and respectfully
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive community atmosphere
- Monitor property activities via patrols and video surveillance
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Exercise sound judgment in various situations
- Work independently as well as within a team
- Follow instructions accurately
- Climb stairs and lift to 50 pounds as needed
- Use basic computer skills, such as emailing and reporting
Requirements:

- Confidence in enforcing rules with a calm and professional demeanor
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good observation and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to climb stairs and lift to 50 pounds

- High school diploma, GED, or higher education
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
