Responsibilities

Monitor premises using CCTV systems to ensure safety and security.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.
Conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats.
Manage conflict situations effectively, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Provide CPR and first aid as needed during emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in conflict management within a healthcare or similar setting.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Experience in law enforcement or security roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
