As a member of Reliant Care Management Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our elderly clients. This position is essential in upholding our mission of delivering quality care while fostering an environment of respect and open communication.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems to ensure safety and security.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.
- Conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
- Provide CPR and first aid as needed during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in conflict management within a healthcare or similar setting.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in law enforcement or security roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
