Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and vigilant Security Guard/Host to provide protection and security to our premises. The Security Guard/Host will be responsible for monitoring the facility, preventing and responding to any security breaches, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to show up to work as schedule dictates and show up on time.
- Patrol the facility, both interior and exterior, to identify and address potential security risks.
- Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents or suspicious activities.
- Maintain surveillance of the premises, including monitoring the exterior perimeter and interior of the facility.
- Prevent and deter loss or theft by being proactive and vigilant.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report and address any criminal activity.
- Conduct thorough investigations and document all findings.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness to prevent and respond to any security breaches.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct.
- Be familiar with and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in conflict management and be able to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Must have experience in loss prevention and be able to identify and address potential security risks.
- Must have a strong background in law enforcement , corrections, or military .
- Must have current CPR and first aid certifications.(if you don't have one we will help you obtain one)
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.(Friendly demeanor)
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
- Conflict management: 1 year (Required)
- Armed Guard, Law enforcement, Correction, or Military: 1 year (Preferred)
