RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to our home owners and guests
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Enforce company procedures, regulations, and standards
- Navigate/Operate extensive online database
- Create detailed incident reports
- Follow directions with minimal supervision
- Assume listed responsibilities at manned guard post
- Assume listed responsibilities on vehicle patrol
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be comfortable on computers and working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in physical security
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Clean and professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
