RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service to our home owners and guests
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Enforce company procedures, regulations, and standards
Navigate/Operate extensive online database
Create detailed incident reports
Follow directions with minimal supervision
Assume listed responsibilities at manned guard post
Assume listed responsibilities on vehicle patrol

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be comfortable on computers and working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in physical security
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pass an extensive screening process
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Verbal and written communications skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Clean and professional appearance
Punctual and dependable
