Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Guard will monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol designated areas to prevent and address any potential security breaches.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within the facility.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as necessary.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Enforce rules and regulations regarding safety and security on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or incidents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Must process or be able to obtain a MD Security Guard Card
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV) is a plus.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in security is desired.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
