Schedule 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12 pm-8 pm
Schedule 2 Friday 12 pm-8 pm, & Saturday, Sunday 10 am-8 pm
PREVAILING WAGE PAY
0-120 days- base pay $18.02 & Supplemental $7.66 = TOTAL $25.68
121 Days- 2 years- base pay $18.02 & Supplemental $7.68 = TOTAL $25.70
- NOTE Supplemental benefits are only paid up to 40 hours. Anything over 40 hours, OT is paid on the base pay. OT pay for 0-120 days is $25.05. OT pay for 121 days-2 years $25.05.
- NOTE Anything over 8 hours daily is payable OT on the base pay.

- Monitoring premises
- Notification of emergencies
- Managing sign in and sign out of visitors, etc.….
- Ensure residents are abiding by distancing polices
- Clear space at shfit change
- Ensure pool safety
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Strong Customer service skills
- Customer Service /Concierge experience a plus
- Must be a NYS Licensed Security guard
