Overview:
Kipos Hellenic Cuisine is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Security Guard, for our Friday/Saturday garden parties. High volume of guests to be expected.
As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel and patrons. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for ensuring the well-being of others.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of all areas
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to verbal or physical disputes between patrons and/or personnel, medical emergencies or unlawful activities.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying the identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security issues
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in surveillance, security, or a related field is mandatory
- CPR and First Aid certification is preffered but not mandatory
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during shifts
