Elite Guard is in search of an experienced officer for a post in Sunny Isles, Surfside, Aventura, Hollywood, Miami, and Miami Beach. This position requires a Class D Security License from the State of Florida.

Job Type: Full-time/ Part time
Position: Rover/Gate/Desk/ Shift Supervisor/ Director of Security
Monday - Sunday: All shifts available (Flexible schedules)
Pay: Ranging from $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.
- Front Desk: Customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitoring CCTV camera systems, announcing visitors, etc.
- Front Gate: Responsible for managing a gatehouse and monitoring access to and from a condominium, answering and directing phone calls, and providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have previous condominium security experience.
- Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License
- *Class offered for $175.00
- Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Spanish not required, but a plus
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
- Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
- Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
- Must have reliable form of transportation.
SALARY: $15.00 - $24.00/hour
