We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on-site.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations.
- Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Skills
- Proficiency in first aid and CPR; certification is preferred.
- Experience in loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operation.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
