Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations with professionalism and composure.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous , or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
