High Risk Enforcement is proud to announce the launch of our Security Guard Sponsorship Program, designed to offer aspiring professionals a structured pathway into the security industry. This initiative provides qualified individuals with the training, licensing, and job placement opportunities needed to begin a successful career with one of the leading security companies in the state.

What We Offer:

D License Course (Unarmed Security License):Candidates who pass our preliminary screening and background check will be enrolled in the Florida State-required Class D Security Officer Course, which includes:
40 hours of comprehensive classroom instruction covering legal guidelines, patrol techniques, report writing, emergency procedures, and professionalism.
A two-hour state licensing exam upon course completion.
Company Sponsorship: High Risk Enforcement will sponsor your D License training, covering the cost for selected applicants who meet our standards and are ready to begin working with us upon certification.
Job Placement with High Risk Enforcement: Upon successful licensing and final onboarding, candidates will be offered employment with High Risk Enforcement. We currently have open positions for Gate House Officers, Rovers, and Field Patrol – with both full-time and part-time shifts available across various communities and residential properties.

Candidate Requirements:

To qualify for the program, applicants must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
Pass a criminal background check
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Exhibit strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Implement access control measures to prevent unauthorized entry.
Assist in conflict resolution and manage any disturbances effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
