Job Overview
We are seeking several dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to night watch (some day hours on weekend), utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent loss and ensure safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor active construction sites through regular patrols with company vehicle
- Conduct thorough inspections of property to identify potential risks or damage to property.
- Prevent trespass in posted construction areas.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Utilize smart phone and dedicated app to take pictures of construction site, equipment, and suspicious activity.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driver history.
- Consistent work history showing dedication to timeliness.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use smartphone, dedicated app, and email.

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
