Urgent Need: 2nd and 3rd shift, Full or Part time CLEET Unarmed or Armed

We are looking for competent Security Officers to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. We are looking for CLEET 1/2 Certifications as well as CLEET 4 certifications. We are looking to fill positions in Oklahoma City, Norman and Shawnee.

You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. A security officer must be well-trained in dealing with those in mental crisis. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

The primary locations are in Oklahoma City but other locations could be assigned for fill in or on a regular schedule in the greater metro area.

Responsibilities

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of mental health patients
Secure all exits, doors and windows at all times
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
Provide assistance to people in need
Search all patients entering the facility for weapons
Secure patients' personal property

Skills

Proven experience as security officer or guard
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Familiarity with report writing
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
CLEET Licensed as an unarmed security guard
CLEET Licensed as an armed security guard
High School diploma is required
