Gate Guards Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Provide escort services as needed for unbadged individuals / vehicles accessing and operating within the AOA (Aircraft Operating Area)
- Provide flagging/traffic control services for vehicles moving across ramps/taxiways/runways as directed by project needs
- Must be able to stand without difficulty for considerable periods of time and comfortable working in a construction environment (port-o-johns, elements, etc)
- Must be comfortable driving and/or working in an airport secure environment in close proximity to aircraft.
- Must be able to obtain secure area badging for the McGhee Tyson International Airport
Candidates should have a solid work history with a proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
