Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and property. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring equipment.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when needed for investigations or emergencies.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
