General Overview

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part-Time Security Officer to monitor our occupied properties across Savannah during late-night hours. The ideal candidate will patrol assigned locations, respond to incidents, and ensure guest and property safety after hours.

Essential Functions

Drive to all occupied properties throughout Savannah during scheduled shifts to monitor for disturbances or unusual activity.
Conduct noise level checks and ensure guests are adhering to house rules.
Respond promptly to security concerns, including guest disputes, unauthorized access, or suspicious behavior.
Address noise complaints reported by neighbors, guests, or property managers.
Document incidents and submit security logs or reports following each shift.
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain a high level of visibility and professionalism while on duty.
Perform other late-night issue resolution tasks as needed (e.g., property damage, lockouts).

Requirements

Requisites

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Own a reliable vehicle and maintain active auto insurance.
Previous security, law enforcement, or property management experience preferred.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Must be available every Thursday–Saturday from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
