Residential, gated community on Badin Lake in Montgomery County, NC, is looking to fill a full-time and two part-time Gate Security positions. You will interact with members and guests on a daily basis, administer access control procedures, community safety, and emergency management. Great work environment in a beautiful setting. - MUST be available to work a flexible schedule (various shifts, weekends, and holidays)
- Basic computer skills are required
- Good verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Perform access control procedures as set forth by the Board of Directors at entrance and exit gates throughout the community
- Complete and maintain accurate security reports and information
- Greet property owners and guest in a friendly, courteous manner
- Provide directions and assistance to guests
- Perform routine patrols of the community
- Conduct radar checks of traffic in the community
- Maintain privacy and security of all member information
- Report security concerns, complaints, incidents, violations, etc. to the Security Supervisor and or Community Manager
- References, drug screen, background check, driving record
