Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations as required.
- Manage conflicts effectively, using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in loss prevention or security training is a plus.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.70 per hour
