Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, respond to incidents, and enforce safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and maintain records of incidents.
Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations and providing support as needed.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Skills

Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Experience or certification in loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
