Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and maintain records of incidents.
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations and providing support as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Skills
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Experience or certification in loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
