SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Supervisor to oversee operations across asite in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

*What You’ll Do:*

Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

*What You Bring:*

US citizenship preferred
Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least three (3) years of *Security, Military, or Law Enforcement* experience and 2+ years of *Supervisory* Experience

* Must have or be able to obtain a *Texas Guard Card*

* Must have an active *Top Secret Clearance*

Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
