Pay Rate: $26.50/hourly + benefits + Rapid Pay (same day pay advance)
2 Full-Time Shifts Available:
- Tues. - Sat. 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Tues. - Sat. 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Required Experiences/Skillset:
- Must have a driver's license
- Managerial/Supervisory background
- Safety/Security background
- Ability to effectively communicate - written and verbally
- Ability to pass BCA background screen
Preferred Experiences/Skillset:
- Tech savvy (able to utilize MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Problem-solving + strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions (we provide free all-weather uniforms and weather accessories.)

A Block by Block Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the work being performed in the district and the Ambassadors in the field. The ideal Team Leader should be a solid decision maker, can lead by example, work alongside the crew, and do the right thing!
Front Line Leadership: Responsible for managing shift duties of the safety ambassadors while ensuring compliance with all Block by Block standards, best practices, procedures, and policies. Being fair and holding the team responsible to complete projects and remain productive.
Reporting: Must be able to provide written reports of broken infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and provide a basic daily report of accomplishments and tasks completed.
Physical Abilities: Must have the physical capacity to traverse continuously during an eight-hour shift, with normal breaks (two fifteen-minute breaks and one thirty-minute meal break). Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in computer usage and in Microsoft Office products.
