Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and all visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate potential issues.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required and provide detailed reports on incidents.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment (CCTV).
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
